Chaperones Needed: In order to run our programs, at least one PTSA member who is approved by the school district to volunteer must chaperone each class. Some classes may require an additional chaperone due to the nature of the class and safety of all enrolled students.
PARENTS CAN GET FREE TUITION FOR THEIR STUDENTS IF THEY CAN CHAPERONE ALL CLASSES. This is first come-first serve. For those classes that do not receive a full-time chaperone, PARENT OR GUARDIANS ARE ASKED TO CHAPERONE FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE CLASS PER SESSION PER ENROLLED CHILD. All participating parents will be sent a separate email with sign-up details.
To chaperone for the full Winter 2026 session of an enrichment program, contact Nova and Ruchi: enrichment@clarabartonptsa.org
Student expectations: Students are expected to adhere to the building rules and expectations outlined in the Clara Barton Elementary Parent & Student Handbook and in accordance with LWSD policies. Students who do not follow these expectations may be dropped from enrichment class(es) without refund at the discretion of the instructors and PTSA.
*Please note that all classes incur the PTSA fee of $15 per 9/10 classes that goes to the PTSA fund. The class prices listed already have the PTSA fee included.
*Need-based scholarships are available. One scholarship per child per year is allowed. Contact School Counselor, Megan Martinson (mmartinson@lwsd.org), to help us hold your spot.
