K-5 registration begins Feb 24
Clara Barton welcomes new Bobcats! Registration opens February 24. Don’t delay. Enrollment impacts staff hiring.
Kindergarten registration includes children who will be five years old on or before August 31, 2022 . Registration for all K-12 LWSD students is online. All necessary documents can be accessed on the LWSD website and completed documents can be uploaded securely. Parents who are unable to upload documents may send them by U.S. mail or drop them off at the Clara Barton office.
Important: While K-12 student registration will continue throughout the school year and summer, parents are highly encouraged to register students as soon as possible. Registering early helps LWSD to ensure that class sizes are balanced and adequate staff are hired in time for the new school year.

2020-21 Yearbooks are here, limited copies still available for purchase
Watch for the 2020-21 Yearbooks to come home with your student this week or early next week. Yearbooks will be distributed to students through teachers and the school will contact the families of students no longer at Clara Barton to confirm a pick up from the office or shipping. Other yearbook details:
- Order last school years’ yearbook: If you did not purchase a yearbook and would like to now, we have a limited number of soft and hardcover copies available.
- Confirm your order from last school year: Not sure if you ordered a Yearbook? You can login to your MyLifeTouch account dashboard to view order details or email the Clara Barton Yearbook Team.
- Yearbook volunteer opportunities: Do you or someone you know have an interest in leading or joining the 2021-22 Yearbook Team? We have open leadership and volunteer opportunities.

In-person and remote-only student picture days
Clara Barton student picture days are April 12 and 13. Families may choose to order school pictures; however, any student photographed will be included in the School Yearbook regardless of orders (purchase yearbooks here).
Order forms went home with in-person students and online ordering details and forms are now available for pick-up in front of school. Students attending in-person will have their picture taken during school hours and remote students have a drive-up option available on either date from 1:30-3:00PM.

Volunteer sign-up for K-1 Return to School morning drop-off
With additional safety needs and the Kindergarten students that have never been to CBE, we are in need of parent volunteers to help in the mornings to ensure a smooth start. Duties would be to remain outside, helping with ushering students. Volunteers are needed from 9:00-9:30 AM M, Tu, Th, F beginning February 18. Sign up for multiple dates!
